Japan has a lot of gambling. This is a gambling area, where buildings are devoted to different games of chance, but most predominantly, a game called Pachinko. It's kind of like slot machines, kind of like the old "The Price is Right" game Pachinko, where you drop a disc down a pegboard and hope you get the disc in your slot. Everything in Japan needs to be complicated and hyper-exciting. (Or, if it is simple, it needs to be extra hyper). It doesn't really matter what it is, as long as it is hyper-something. With glowing destructo-waves emanating from it.... and blue hair.
