Supper on my 3rd day in Japan. It was kind of like fried egg with dry noodles, teriyaki sauce, bacon, and some sort of dried shaved fish flakes on top. It was tasty. Strangely, the fish flakes were so light that the steam coming off the dish was making them flail a bit, and they actually danced on top of the dish.
